Digitalization

**UPDATE**

I applied for a coupon for a digital converter.  Yey!  Wonder if it will make any difference to the TV signal we get now via rabbit ears?  Sana luminaw kahit pano…

Wala pa ngang trabaho eh, pinapaalalahanan ka na naman palagi sa TV na ilang buwan na lang mapapagastos ka na uli.  ‘Nyemas.  By Feb 2009, TV signal will be in digital format, entonces, either you buy a converter or you buy a new TV.  Either way, gastos devah?  Oh well…such is life (ika nga ni Mamel).  Hopefully, di naman kamahalan ang converter.

onga MPG, i’ve been planning to visit that website – although dito ata is dtvanswers.com – heniweys, sana nga wala nang gagastusin. naku, tagal na naming gusto mag-satellite kaso ayaw ng landlord (it’s way cheaper than cable). so rabbit ears kami and netflix, magpa-hanggang ngayon.

  3. uy pwede ka to go to this website: https://www.dtv2009.gov/ where you can apply for a coupon that you can use at walmart (or any accredited retailer) to purchase a converter. it’s worth $40 din and each household is entitled to 2. unless, of course you have a cable or satellite provider, then hindi mo na kailangan. if you still have an analog tv, keep it. 50 years from now antique na yan, hehe.
