The Diskarteng Tamad Series

While I cannot say that I am a great cook (I will be doing a boatload of people, a great disservice), I produce reasonably palatable dishes so I do not feel at all embarrassed about starting this series in my blog.  Also, I am a very lazy person.  As in.  So inevitably, this translates to how I work in the kitchen.  Unfortunately, there are just too many Filipino dishes which cannot be done by ’shortcut’.  Still, I cannot be blamed for trying.  :lol:

So, I thought I’d start this since:

  • people kept asking me questions how I do some dishes
  • B needs to know how to cook some of his favourites when I’m away (as I dislike having to email recipes everytime he gets a hankering for something)
  • wala akong magawa! :lol:

Thing is, limited edition to.  Kasi nga, tamad ako devah?  So hanggang kelan ko lang trip!  :mrgreen:

A word of caution: This series will be predicated on the principle of “tantya“.  So, walang sisihan, oki?  Alangan namang i-second guess ko pa yung panlasa niyo no?!
